Access to the Portal and the Content is restricted; FIFA allows only accredited and bona fide users to access same (“Permitted Users”), subject to the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players and the Terms and Conditions of use.

For the avoidance of doubt, FIFA stipulates that no part of the Portal and/or the Content may be reproduced by any mechanical, photographic, or electronic process, nor may it be stored in a recovery function, transmitted, or otherwise copied for public, private, and/or commercial use, reposted, divulged, or redistributed. The aforementioned requirements apply to both Permitted Users and other third parties.
